6月スケジュールです。
6月になると中禅寺湖ではトウゴクミツバツツジやシロヤシオ、クリンソウが見頃となってきます☺️
春らしいピンクの風景が各所で見られます！

⚠️6/12の営業日ですが、お店のスタッフ共に男体山へ山登りに行く予定です！そのため、天気次第で雨の場合は営業をする予定です。
この日、お店に来る予定を立てている方はインスタでスケジュールをチェックしてくださいね✨

Here is our schedule for June! 🗓️

June is such a beautiful month around Lake Chuzenji. The Togoku Mitsuba Tsutsuji (azaleas), Shiro Yashio, and Kurinsou (primroses) will be in full bloom, bringing lovely pink colors to the landscape! ☺️🌸

⚠️Notice for June 12th:
The staff and I are planning a hiking trip to Mt. Nantai! ⛰️
So, our opening will depend on the weather—if it rains, we’ll be open at the shop instead. If you’re thinking of stopping by that day, please check our Instagram stories for the latest updates! ✨

店内のレイアウトやメニュー、商品の並び方。
Toki珈琲店では、スタッフみんなで意見を出し合いながら、お店をつくっています。

「どうしたら見やすいかな？」
「この配置の方が、美味しそうに見えるかも。」
「この商品、ここに置いたら手に取りやすそう！」

そんな小さな会話を重ねながら、少しずつ今の空間になっていきました。

そしてTokiには、
“自分で考えて動ける”スタッフが集まっています。

誰かに言われるのを待つのではなく、
「もっとこうしたら良くなるかも」を自然とみんなが考えている。

だからここは、ただ“働く場所”ではなく、
一人一人が愛着を持っている場所です。

来てくださるお客様が、
なんだか落ち着くなぁ、と感じてくれるのは、
きっとそんな空気感もあるのかもしれません☺️

今日も中禅寺湖で、お待ちしています。

At Toki Coffee, we build the shop together as a team.

From the menu layout to product displays and the atmosphere of the space,
we’re always sharing ideas with each other.

“How can we make the menu easier to read?”
“How can we make this look more delicious?”
“Maybe this product would stand out better here!”

Through these small conversations, the space has slowly become what it is today.

The people who work at Toki are also the kind of staff who think and take action on their own.
Rather than simply waiting for instructions, everyone naturally thinks about how we can make things better.

That’s why this place is more than just somewhere we work.
Each person genuinely cares about the shop and feels connected to it.

Maybe that feeling is what helps create the calm and comfortable atmosphere our customers enjoy☺️
